Longevity Series
This longevity series is meant to teach you the art of ease through utilizing support (such as props, the wall, self adjustments).
By utilizing props you will learn how to recenter and realign your bones so your muscles release their habitual movements. This resetting of the bones allows your muscles to shift and stored tension, bodily imbalances and unnecessary pain can be released.
Working with your bones is a kidney dialogue. The best time to work with kidneys is winter when waters rain down. Kidney's are also found in the dark of the dark of the night. This practice will restore your vitality and replenish your energy when you are meant to be resting and not overworking.
Class 1: Hips
In this practice you will learn how to get into your hips with the use of support. Those once impossible poses are now possible and you will open up your hips in ways you never thought possible. You will learn the way the leg bone is meant to fit in the hip socket so your whole pelvis is restored.
Class 2: Backbends
This practice reshapes the entire back of your body to reform the "hunchback" that many are dealing with. It will teach you how to release tension in your shoulders, neck, and spine.
Class 3: Longevity Postures
This practice will open your body to eventually come into the longevity postures. In the Katonah practice these are the postures you will work to spend an extended period of time in to build stamina, endurance and learn to regulate your breath (thus nervous system).
Katonah Yoga Foundations
This Course sets the foundations you need to have an intelligent yoga practice.
Katonah Yoga was created by Nevine Michaan. It focuses on sacred geometry, daoism, mapping the body, and utilizing the proportions of the body to find true alignment.
Rather than focusing on the muscles this practice focuses on aligning the bones based upon specific geometry. Rather than moving through a feeling based practice this focuses on using the measurements of your body so you find your true alignment in each posture.
This practice is one that will shift your body because it will not allow you to be habitual. It works on rewiring the habits within the body to find freedom in the mind.
Katonah Yoga is based upon weaving the holy trinity: the body, the breath and the mind to inhabit center, the eye of the storm.
The physical practices pave the way for the breath to enter with ease.
Once the body is aligned and the breath is flowing then the spirit can naturally rest in the body and meditation is possible. Instead of feeling tension or discomfort when you are sitting you will have created the space to have a conversation with source.
Divinely Aligned Shoulders
The shoulders are an unstable joint. Unlike the ball and socket joint of the hips the shoulders are not meant to bear the brunt of the weight you are lifting. It is essential you learn how to work in the shoulders well if you want them to remain healthy and take you far in this life.
In our culture, we have learned how to muscle our way through life and become overly capable. Your competency is found in your upper body and by over working the shoulders, or by working in them misaligned, injury is unavoidable.
That is why you have to learn the proper way to utilize the shoulders.
In this series I am taking you behind the scenes with my favorite tools to utilize that keep my shoulders aligned and healthy.
This invaluable information will teach you how to become competent and capable without over exerting your effort.
True competency is found in your stability not in how hard you can work. This isn't your ordinary shoulder alignment series, you will learn the deeper esoteric aspects of the shoulders and how shoulder misalignment impacts the journey of your spirit.
VIDEO 1: Mapping the Palm
This class will set the conditions for the shoulder. You will work from the ground up, how the palm contacts the ground and how this ripples up to the shoulder.
VIDEO 2: Pole Sequence
You will learn how to use a pole to clear the palm of the hand as well as the wrist, elbow and shoulder joint. The pole is a perfect boundary for the arms and when used in front of a mirror you will see easily where the shoulder is misaligned and how to work to rectify it.
VIDEO 3: Incorporating Breath work and Movement
After you learn shoulder alignment you have to practice using it in technical movement. This is movement that you set aside time to do, when the only investment is that you are learning something. Then with practice, this will flow into your life.
Foot Mapping Series
Your feet hold the codes for your whole entire body. The way you stand, walk and sit is the foundation of your alignment (or misalignment). Any imbalance or asymmetry in the feet is going to ripple its way up through you, causing disharmony in the structure.
Each part of the foot holds a different aspect of the body. Both the body and the foot can be divided into 9. These nine "rooms" hold specific emotional and energetic aspects that reflect how you go out into your life. By understanding where you are hard on the foot (just look at your shoe to see where the wear and tear is) you will learn where you go to hard in life.
You will learn your strengths, what you overdo, because these will blow out. It is where injuries occur. You will also learn what you don't utilize enough, you'll eventually have turn here when your strength blows out.
The whole point of understanding these maps is to gain a better understanding of yourself so you can live with more ease and harmony in the body with tools to know yourself and mitigate injury before it occurs through constantly realigning yourself.
Pain stems from imbalances and this starts from how you place your feet upon the Earth. This masterclass series will deep dive into your feet so you can have the most aligned and substantial ground of being, so you can have the willpower to go out into the world with all of you.

Awakening the Elements
The five elements determine the energy of reality. When you understand the season in which the elements move through your body and the specific emotions that are elicited by these energies you will cultivate another aspect of self-mastery.
Along with the elemental masterclass to tap into the 5 main energies that create all of existence and live inside of you, you will also receive specific practices to unlock emotional blockages in the body through Yoga Nidra and a call that dives deep into reprogramming the subconscious.
These express themselves in your emotional body. The Nidras will teach you how to navigate these universal energies inside of you to clear holding patterns within your own emotional body.
This Course will move you through the 5 element taoist cycle: wood, fire, earth, metal, water. These hold the five lights of consciousness that enter the body upon the entry of the soul into the womb. This is your inner coding. Your organs are revealing them.
Lunar Practices to Potentiate Feminine Health
In this lunar cycle you will learn to navigate the world through your personal lunar cycle and the phases and states of mind you go through in menstruation, follicular, ovulation and luteal. You will learn to organize your life in such a way that you are supporting these cycles in your own body. You will learn about white and red moon cycles and how to reflect nature through your womb.
If you do not have bleed you will still learn a lot through the collective lunar cycle and the phases of your life as the moon also reflects this: maiden, mother, crone.
This will provide you a rich foundation in which to potentiate your vitality so you do not overdo it when your body is asking you to rest and you know when to move full speed ahead. This work cleared all the symptoms I had post-birth control pill over a decade ago when they found pre-cancerous cells in my womb. It is work that is the great healer.
Body Mapping with Yoga
Your body is an intricately woven tapestry that holds within it the entirety of your human experience, both in this life and in past lives. When you begin to understand the metaphors that are threaded throughout the body you will understand where in life you are imbalanced.
This coding is based upon Taoist theory of body reading, Katonah Yoga (see my book "Yoga as Origami") and over a decade of working with my private clients. There are no mistakes in your body, no injury is random, every pain and ache, it is all a part of your mind that is circuiting the body to send signals to you on energetic imbalances.
When you can learn to read the map of the body, through the masterclass, and move the body in an intelligent and patterned way (through the weekly yoga practices you will receive) you will begin to unwind the body which will unravel the knots in your consciousness that are holding you back from the light and love that you are.
Breath Work Course
The breath is the gateway between the body and mind. When you learn to master the breath you are in control of your inner world. That means that whatever is going on onside of you has no pull to your inner world. When you can learn to breathe consciously, fully and with great awareness you will begin to see where in your life you are pulled away from yourself and you can develop deeper levels of self-mastery.
This breath work course comes with a masterclass that goes through the intricacies of the breath, there are video breakdowns of each breath work technique that you can use (11 of them) as well as Three 30 minute full breath work practices that you can follow along and utilize the techniques as a practice.
